Setting up Redirect
To arrange your Redirect, follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Redirect form which can be found below or at your local Post Office counter.
- Provide proof of identity and your new address.
- Pay the fee. The fee varies by duration and mail volume.
Processing can take a few working days so please make sure you apply early to avoid missing mail.

Redirect Options and Duration
You can choose how long you want your Redirect to last:
- Short-term (1–3 months) – ideal for temporary moves or renovations.
