We want your post to reach you the first time, every time. Our approach focuses on making deliveries smooth, efficient, and reliable for everyone on the Isle of Man.
Why First-Time Delivery Matters
Missed deliveries cause delays and frustration. Ensuring your post arrives first time means:
- Less waiting for redelivery.
- Fewer repeat journeys, lowering carbon emissions.
- Happier senders and recipients.
How You Can Help
You can make deliveries smoother by:
- Displaying your house number or name clearly.
- Keeping pathways and letterboxes clear.
- Ensuring there is a safe alternative delivery location on your property should you not be in when we call.
- Sharing your delivery preferences with retailers when you order items.
These small actions help ensure every delivery succeeds.
