Bill Payments
From 1st April 2026 household or utility bills can be paid quickly Castletown, Douglas, Peel, Port Erin and Ramsey Post Offices. We accept payments for:
- Manx Utilities
- Manx Telecom
- Manx Gas
- Other approved service providers
From 1st April 2026, post office counters can accept bill payments up to £650 (inc VAT). If you need to pay a bill over £650, please contact your bill provider directly to discuss payment options.
This change follows updated Financial Services Authority requirements.

- Choose QR code return when arranging your return with the retailer.
- You’ll receive a QR code by email or in your app.
- Bring your packaged item and QR code to any participating Post Office counters.
