How KeepSafe Works
- Complete the KeepSafe application form. Download below or complete the online form.
- If completing the paper form, submit it at any participating Post Office or post it to:
KeepSafe Service, Isle of Man Post Office, Postal Headquarters, Spring Valley Industrial Estate, Douglas, IM2 1AA. - Allow at least five working days before your service start date to process your request.
Your mail will be safely stored for your chosen period — from two weeks up to 66 days.
Once the service ends, we’ll deliver your post on the next delivery day.
Please note:
KeepSafe covers letter mail only. Parcels are not retained.
Signed For and Special Delivery items are held for 18 days before return to sender
Pricing
Choose the length of time that suits you best:
- Up to 2 weeks – £27.67
- Up to 3 weeks – £39.07
- Up to 4 weeks – £52.09
- Up to 2 months (66 days) – £65.12
Prices include VAT at the standard rate
Who Can Use KeepSafe?
KeepSafe is available for:
- Individuals – going on holiday or away from home
- Businesses – closing for holidays or temporary shutdowns
All household members who receive mail must be included on the application form.
For businesses, the service can be arranged by an authorised representative.
