If you have a missed parcel, we will leave a delivery card at your address. The card shows your collection or redelivery options. It also tells you where you can collect your package. You can pick up your parcel after 6pm on the same day. Bring your ID when you come in.

If you want a Redelivery, you can book it online. You can choose:

• A new delivery date
• A different place to pick up your parcel (choose from any parcel collection point across the Island)

This gives you more control over how and when you get your item and helps you choose the option that works best for you.

Residential Customers:

With Online Postage you can buy your postage online from the comforts of your home. No printer? No Problem! Book a FREE collection and we will bring your labels when collecting your item.

If you have purchased postage with tracking you can visit our “Track your mail” page and scroll down to the Royal Mail and Parcelforce tracking section. Please enter your tracking number and click on relevant icon to track your outbound item.

Before you send mail, it’s important to know which items are not allowed or restricted by postal and transport rules. Check our Prohibited Items list before posting.

Local to Local mail

We aim to deliver local mail as soon as possible Monday to Friday, please note that there is no guarantee on delivery timescale for standard or signed for services.

UK

All mail is despatched to the UK on the next working day (Mon-Sat) for receipt by Royal Mail/Parcelforce.

Guaranteed delivery by 5.30pm next working day Monday to Saturday (except Jersey and Scottish Islands where delivery will be guaranteed in 2 working days by 5.30pm)

Special Delivery 2 day

Guaranteed delivery by 5.30pm on the 2nd working day Monday to Saturday (except Jersey and Scottish Islands where delivery will be guaranteed in 3 working days by 5.30pm)

Please download our claim form and email the completed form to customer.services@iompost.com. Alternatively hand in at any post office counter, or post to Customer Services, IOM Post Office, Freepost 1167. Please provide proof of postage and evidence of value if applicable.

Compensation

Standard Services and Local Tracked Services have up to £20 compensation included. If sending higher value items we recommend using Local Tracked Plus.

Local Tracked Plus offers up to £150 compensation.

Special Delivery next day has insurance levels of £2500 for UK/Channel Islands

Special Delivery 2 day has insurance levels of £750 for UK/Channel Islands
